This is a delightful tale, told in the same fantasy evoking style as Peter Pan and Wizard of Oz. It has delighted readers for ages, and continues to hearken everyone back to a whimsical childhood of yore. It is well-written and will certainly be embraced by any tween, between the ages of 9-12, who enjoys an adventure wrapped in a neat little package like Mary Poppins.
